Problem Statement: Poor mental health leaves people without support or healthy coping methods, leading to emotional distress, isolation, and negative behaviours. Without adequate help, this often escalates into more severe mental health issues. Many individuals struggle to manage overwhelming feelings and find themselves lacking access to resources, social support, or healthy outlets, which can further worsen their state of mind and impact their daily lives, relationships, and overall well-being.
User Research Insights
Users often feel emotionally unsupported after breakups, especially when dealing with deep emotional or physical pain.
AI-based support is met with hesitation; most prefer warmth and empathy over automation.
Strong interest in habit-building tools like journaling and gratitude exercises for emotional recovery.
Universal preference for emotional + physical health tracking, reflecting a desire for holistic care.
Cultural shift toward self-care and therapy shows growing openness to structured mental health support.

Secondary Research Summary
Mental health apps are rapidly growing, projected to exceed $20B globally by 2030.
Journaling and gratitude tracking improve mood, consistency drives impact.
AI therapy tools are helpful for support, but lack human warmth in deeper crises.
Therapy stigma is fading globally, with younger users embracing digital self-care.
Selected Concept
